Lol GGG haters are desperate, turning to technique when they know Canelo and his 'technique' lost the fight convincingly

The difference of the Amateur style versus the pro style in their respective upbringing.

I think Canelo threw it away but it was close enough that I'm not going to try to convince others of that because it was close and him drawing or winning can be valid, depending how you score.
yea i realy think its just who like certein style more ,i can see how you think Canelo threw it ,if Cotto-Margarito 1 goes to distance it would be simmilar situation.

What technique is much better? the Byrd technique? Lol, Just settle things in the ring again. Nelo got better as he peaks, point is he lost that fight.. But a draw is justifiable, let it be settled by a rematch

Seriously, Golovkin isn't as fast as Canelo, and he simply isn't the blitz with a combo guy, he's a precision power puncher that works behind a jab. Canelo doesn't know how to conserve stamina, he is either in full defense mode, or full attack (or counter-attack mode), he doesn't know how to turn it down a few notches and build his stamina back up like the ATG's and all night he was being set up and out-thought by Golovkin (not to say it was a white wash or easy, Canelo is still very hard to hit, and behind every slip there could be a bomb laid down) but Golovkin was the only one that used set up punches on Canelo, all I saw from Alvarez was a him seeing a punch and using his speed and reflexes to counter off that punch, or blitz Golovkin and hope a few of those 5 punch combo's land. Golovkin schooled Alvarez, Alvarez's physical attributes (speed, power, youth etc) made it close. This fight was a super athletic youth vs an old man, and the old man took it with experience/skills built up over years, lol, people actually think it was something else?

I like this one of Golovkin taking Alvarez for a walk before wacking him ala Stevens KD.

I had Golovkin winning the fight but he was getting out boxed by Canelo. If his stamina was able to hold up it would be a different outcome. After re-watching the fight I realized how much Canelo's upper body movement confused Golovkin. He couldn't time him at all. Golovkin has one of the worst punching technique I've ever seen on a professional fighter at that level. If you ever look at still photos of him punching, check out the position of his arms as he's swinging. They're ****ed in a way that there's no way he's not telegraphing his punches. Either way, Golovkin has some good qualities as a fighter but if I had to pick the better technique of the two it's easily Canelo for me. Canelo's stamina is a big issue and unless he can fix it, I don't see him beating Golovkin in a rematch, even with the better skills.

Im not sure if I can even take your seriously anymore, golovkins punching technique is excellent, he never slaps and that's why he's a puncher, the final snap in a punch from turning it over at the end. Even canelo, who does have good punch form, will often get sloppy and slappy. Honestly, what are you seeing as bad punch technique/form?

You're right. I guess I could phrase it better. His form when throwing certain punches just looks awkward to me. Whenever I see that weird way his arms are positioned when throwing punches sometimes, I always wonder why his opponents can't see him winding up.

because GGG has real power and didnt really have to develop much else just needed to stay in shape and ready.

Canelo needed more tools to rely on so he developed em.

Its not really a hard concept to come to on your own.
