Near prime lol he wasn't even 1/3 of what he once was when he fought Joe and Hopkins was well past his prime. Even in the UK Joe isn't that popular. Long after Naseem Hamed made his name in America on HBO, Joe was still hiding in England. Along with Benn and Eubank who were scared ****less of James Toney.

Only two fighters in the UK deserve mention. Lewis and Hamed.
