It was a pretty severe beating. Stiverne took big shots all night. At times looked like a zombie! That type of punishment does things to the brain!

Wilder fought against Stiverne like Hughie Fury did against Parker, it wasn't anything to write home about, the dude hid behind his jab all evening. I wouldn't wanna see it again and not because Stiverne is shyt, because they both fought like bytches.

I couldn’t disagree more Wilder whooped Stiverne’s ass nothing like what Hughie Fury did other than using a jab

How many right hands did he throw that night ? Even Hughie threw 2-3. You don't whoop ass hiding behind your jab all night, throwing the occasional right every few rounds.

Wilder beat Stiverne legit, I pulled for Stiverne even lost on my #10 shostreak that year because I wanted him to win lol but Wilder won convincingly by boxing him and even hurt him a few times. Stiverne has a crazy chin and was the champ so of course he wasnt going to give up, but he did get hospitalized after the fight for severe dehydration and developed rhabdomyolysis so that is where Wilder saying he almost beat him to death comes into play. Not a cool thing to say because he really could have died especially going 12 with a puncher like Deontay.

We clearly didn't watch the same fight.
