Tom Loeffler the liar....

Loefler is a liar, true. Sanchez is an AH, true. Gg hasnt fought but bums his whole life, and once he stepped up in competition he looked like sheet and his victories/draws are (at the very best) arguable, true.
Dont worry, history will put gg in his place, just besides sven ottke, in the tomato can openers section.Comment

so ggg was willing to face froch at 170? I didn't know that...what a beast. This thread is dedicated to all of the lies this pole smoker has told. Feel free to add your own.
Lie#1
Let's start with Froch. That fight was supposedly offered to Carl at 168 HOWEVER, Froch says they tried to drain him and actually wanted 166. Carl counters their offer and says tell them 172 and I'll think about it. Interesting part is Loeffler then counters with 170
Hearn said to reporter Chris McKenna: “Carl text me and said ‘what weight would Golovkin fight me at?’ and I said ‘172lb’ and Loeffler said ‘170’.
Retired super middleweight champion Carl Froch (33-2, 24KOs) has laughed off the idea that he could be beaten by WBC/IBO/WBA/IBF middleweight king Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (36-0, 33KOs).
Ultimately they tried to get him to 166....not even SMW, WHICH Carl admitted he could not make anymore.
Lie #2
Brook wanted the fight at 160 lbs.
That's interesting because just a few months before that fight was signed, Brook asked for a 156 or 157 catchweight, which was quickly shot down.
“I think he’s too small,” Golovkin said when asked by _________.com if he would be willing to fight Brook at a catch-weight of 157lbs. “My focus is on 160"
Lie#3 "Life changing money"
Saunders was offered "Life changing money" to fight golovkin. Turns out, it really wasn't life changing at all.
"Saunders abandoned the negotiations over money, saying he was only offered $1.5 million while others said it was much more".
"Billy Joe Saunders has played down reports he received a whopping $4m career high pay day offer to tangle with the feared Kazakh KO King Gennady Golovkin, who holds the IBO/WBA/IBF world titles.
“I’ll go to America but these Americans have got to stop offering me s*** money to fight, people keep saying I got offered $4m to fight him. If I got $4m to fight Golovkin, I would be fighting him!” explained Saunders".
Billy Joe Saunders has played down reports he received a whopping $4m career high pay day offer to tangle with the feared Kazakh KO King Gennady Golovkin, who holds the IBO/WBA/IBF world titles.
Lie#4 "anybody from154-168"
Promoter Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions has backed the earlier statements of trainer Abel Sanchez, who said WBC/WBA/IBO/IBF middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) would have gladly fought IBF super middleweight champion James DeGale (23-1, 14KOs) on September 10th.
"But if Hearn would have offered up another fighter in the Matchroom stable, like DeGale - Golovkin would have gladly accepted the contest and moved up to super middleweight to challenge DeGale for his title.
A fight with DeGale would have been a one-off appearance at super middleweight. Win or lose, Golovkin would have moved back to 160-pounds to continue his pursuit of the WBO middleweight title, which is currently held by Billy Joe Saunders.
"If Eddie Hearn would have said to [Golovkin's promoter] Tom [Loeffler], when Eubank wasn't available, 'would you fight DeGale if DeGale was available' - we would have fought DeGale. But it just happened to be that [Hearn] spoke to Brook and Brook accepted - but we would have fought DeGale, at 168, because at that point it was nine weeks away from the fight," Sanchez told BoxingScene.com".
Brook happily accepted after there was no chance of getting a 157 lb catchweight. However, DeGale was there, and though from Golovkin's OWN MOUTH "brook is too small, he accepted that fight and wasn't willing to go up to 168 for DeGale...it just happened to be the too small guy first.
Remember, he was willing to drop to 154 for Floyd. He's not too small I guess even though he's much smaller than Brook.
Aren't facts fun?Comment

Let's debunk these:
This was just part of negotiations. If they offered 168, as Froch claimed they didn't, the fight still couldn't happen because Froch wanted 172. It's not as if they offered Froch a fight at 168 he would've gladly accepted lol. He was only willing to fight on his terms. This thread is dedicated to all of the lies this pole smoker has told. Feel free to add your own.

Well clearly he did... he signed the contract.

This is only a lie if you believe BJS. The truth is, no one but them knows how much was offered. I doubt BJS is making anywhere near that money fighting the Akavovs and Monroes of the world.

What exactly is the problem here? Golovkin's team found a big named WW who was willing to move up to 160 to fight Golovkin. Any person in Loeffler's shoes would've made the exact same move. Otherwise they should be fired. The point is the to get your fighter the highest money fight, and the lowest risk fight.

Why would they move up to 168 to fight Degale, who is a lesser named fighter and bigger than Golovkin?
These aren't lies, if anything you could say he might have stretched things a little bit.
If anything Loeffler has been playing 4D chess this whole time.
Golovkin likely got $20-30M, for the Canelo fight, and he's going to get another $20-30M for the rematch. How many managers can say they've done that for their fighter?
I know James Prince can't say that.Last edited by TheCell8; 09-26-2017, 03:38 PM.Comment

You sure go to a lot of work to make GGG look bad. Why couldn't Froch and Hearn be lying instead of Loeffler. You don't know because you weren't there. Same thing with all the rest of the he said she said BS you wrote about here. It sure as hell isn't facts you are talking about. It's just your bias, hearsay BS designed to make GGG look bad. Bottom line is GGG is still the best middleweight in the world and still the champ. He beat the 2nd and 3rd best middleweights in the world in the eyes of any neutral viewer. That just drives you crazy. Keep praying for Canelo to win the rematch, hater.Comment

Of course GGG was willing to go to 154 for Mayweather and not for Brook. A fight with Mayweather is a huge money making fight. A win over Mayweather at 154 is a huge win. Fighting Brook at 154 doesn't make him anymore money than fighting him at a more comfortable 160. A Brook win does nothing for him prestige wise at either weight. Try using your brain for a change.Comment

I think you are red because many on here don't like liars and haters. Stop lying and hating on good fighters and you will turn green. I think you enjoy lying about and trashing GGG and other good boxers you hate for some demented reason. Every thread you start is an attack thread on some boxer or his team.Comment
