Fitting tribute to a troubled soul who always gave 100% in the ring! He was truly one of a kind and will always be remembered by boxing fans.

a sad and troubled life definitely any always gave his all in the ring but I honestly can say my belief only he is not in Hof 'er. . but in this day and age they give it out pretty easily like they did to Gatti and Mancini... think of some of the true Elite store in those divisions no way any of those three would have beat the elites...

Always good to see cities that honor their hometown champions. Tapia was one of my favorites. Never in a dull fight. Heart of a lion.
