I don't care what his reasons are. Why is a guy with only 11 fights who has fought nobody even ranked that high is the real question. Jack doesn't have to defend against a nobody. He wants big fights. If he is giving up the title, he must have a reason.

And are now accusing jack of ducking bivol
Agreed. Bivol is not the type of fighter that champions duck. I'm not saying that Bivol isn't good or going to be good. He might turn out to be the goods, but where in the hell can one say that he ducked a guy with 11 fights?

Ward said the same thing about Stevenson after he destroyed what was left of Dawson's pride and was offered a two way title fights for both SMW and LHW...

In his comments Jack talks as if there is something big in the works but then in the next sentence is just randomly name dropping as if he has nothing at all lined up and just hopes something develops.

It wouldn't surprise me if that cuntrag Yvon Michel is considering the next Stevenson opponent and just seeing who will accept the lowest lowball offer, Alvarez or Jack.
Jack is ducking Bivol, there is no question about it.

His excuses make absolutely no sense whatsoever, and he even contradicts himself within that statement that he made. It's obvious that he is lying.

The only thing that makes sense here is that he is ducking. I mean, obviously he fights and beats Bivol for the title then he gets to make the Stevenson fight even bigger because then it becomes a unification bout.

Also Stevenson is fighting Alvarez next anyway so his excuse that he wants the Stevenson fight next doesn't work at all. Stevenson fights Alvarez, he fights Bivol, and then they unify early next year, that makes way more sense than this crap he tryna feed us.

“They’re working on something big, so I’ve just got to stay patient,” Jack told ESPN.com. “It was part of the agreement for us even getting the fight with Cleverly, that we had to vacate it after we won.”
But why would you agree to do this? It's not like Cleverly was a huge money fight. What did they have to promise you to have you drop your belt?

With who Jack has fought its hard to imagine him avoiding Bivol, no ones been calling for that fight, a lot of people want him to fight Stevenson.

Also,,,Slightly off topic, does anyone know what's going on with Adonis' mandatory Alvarez?

Jack has fought 5 champions in a row. (Dirrell, Bute, Groves, Degale, Cleverly)

That's impressive. Only 25 fights in! Keep it Going!

lol it was the undercard to one of the biggest ppv in the world..of course it was a big money fight...elieder alvarez was meant to be the opponent and he was scheduled to make 7 figures!

but he injured his ankle...cleverly got a lot less bc jack still got what hte got..cleverly got 100k and uk ppv splits

He's a beast. Always in exciting fights, always giving us FOTY worthy performances, always fun to watch and always fights nothing but the best. Just a stand up guy and real blue-chip fighter. But now he wants a match with the top fighter in the division instead of some unknown scrub with a handful of fights against tomato cans and mall cops. The audacity. Jack should fight Bivol instead of the lineal champion so when he knocks out the Russian hype job his detractors can scream "too green!" and "cherry pick!".
