  • Comments Thread For: Arum Wants Joseph Parker vs. Bryant Jennings Showdown

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum is very interested in matching top contender Bryant Jennings in a heavyweight title bout against WBO world champion Joseph Parker. Last month, Jennings (20-2, 11 KOs) snapped a near two year layoff with a two round knockout of Daniel Martz in Nebraska. The recent fight was Jennings' debut as a Top Rank promoted fighter. Arum is also the American promoter for Parker, who is handled overseas by David Higgins of Duco.

Yeah, we will all want to watch that much more than a fight with AJ or Wilder or Ortiz.

      Sure you right, Flappy Bob!

No doubt. Jennings is my guy but nobody cares to see this. Parker's team better be careful with the scorecards lol

It makes sense I guess. On Saturday Parker looked like he was about on level with that joke of a champion Joshua won his belt from (how sad is it I can't recall his name??). Either beating Bryant or Bryant taking the title would lend a little more credibility and marketability to the unification bout.

Parkers people need to tread cautiously and maximize his earnings while holding the title. What does he do? Fight Bryant next and likely lose? Risk taking an optional defense when he looked like **** Saturday? Wait for Wilder or Joshua?

That spineless, ****less, hopeless slug can't even outwit a man who has been punched and kicked in the head for 18 years and at almost 30 years old still appreciates potty humor.....why would you want to see "him" get his useless old ballsack split up through his flabby ass cheeks and off the back of his larva neck?

i mostly agree. Joe Parker is food for the big sharks right now. Bryant Jennings is credible enough but he doesn't have the pop to be a serious danger to the young champ.

maybe all that is why his team is angling for him to fight in Japan vs a local?
