Comments Thread For: Rigondeaux's Coach: Now Lomachenko Can Prove His True Worth!

In every great boxing contest there is an A side and a B side, but there are moments where both sides believes they hold the top pecking order. And that will certainly be the case when one of the most anticipated fights on the year takes place between Vasyl Lomachenko (9-1-0, 7 KOs) and Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0-0, 11 KOs). Lomachenko will collide against Rigondeaux on December 9 at Madison Square Garden in New York, in the main event of a card being televised live on ESPN.

Oh please. Rigon-Ho will get his little nuts split off the back of his neck by Lomachenko.

The severe jump in weight will seriously affect Rigo. Loma will win this fight.

At least he is going up wont hurt him like going down, maybe it adds a lot more power to him, its a great fight all the same between two special guys.

loma ain't got power but the dude chocolatito fought does so there goes your theory....loma just has to keep his distance & out work Rigondeaux. If he try's to mix it up with Rigondeaux it could be his down fall.

I think Rigo has just as much, if not more to prove than Loma at this point.

Despite humiliating Walters and other top-level opponents, we have not yet seen Lomchenko at his best. He is going to hurt Rigondeaux. It will be boxing at the highest possible level.

In fact if Rigo loses he will get a chance to prove much more against other 126lbs champs who would be willing to fight Rigo after seeing him being exposed.
