Jacobs heaved a huge sigh of relief at the end of the GGG fight, "Thank God it's over." Are you sure he wants the rematch? Why would he want to go through hell again?

There's a difference between having a huge sigh of relief from being in with a monster and having a euphoric sense of achievement after beating a guy that people have been telling you you can't beat for years and harassing you on social media.

At the end of the 12th round, Jacobs displayed a euphoric image of "Yes, I did it. I beat cancer and I just beat GGG when 99% of the boxing community said I couldn't".

I don't know why you guys get this confused.

Anyways....

Jacob's, who isn't signed to a promoter, is simply cashing out on his good performance against GGG. It's as simple as that.
After that fight, he & Al Haymon have been negotiating deals with various promoters and matchroom gave him the best deal mainly because of the backing of HBO and Sky Sports.
Being a Haymon guy though, he still can fight any of Al's guys on HBO.

Meh Fat Dan is a notorious Haymon hater, probably his no 1 hater in the media. I take anything he says re: Haymon with a massive salt mine. Any opportunity to embarrass Al and Fat Dan is all over it like flies to ish..
