ggg vs canelo breaks 2 million ppv buys.

I give it to Oscar on this one. This was a strategic decision draw so Golovkin's fans will be all up in arms and demand a rematch. All he had to do was look at Kovalev/Ward for the "blue print". If Canelo is able to pull of a victory like Ward did the second time around, maybe Canelo will also ride off into the sunset when this one is over.Comment

Oh, stfu you sissy. Ca$hnelo's low end PPVs are 300K (Lara), 300K (Smith), 350K (Angulo) and 500+K (Khan).
The fight did well because of Ca$hnelo's popularity and because it was a good matchup. Zero to do with Borat. Whether it was Borat or anybody else, Ca$hnelo + a perceived good opponent = excellent numbers. Ca$hnelo + a nobody = good numbers. Borat + nobody = s**t. Borat + a perceived good opponent = piss.
Keep sucking off Borat you *****.
I realize this is too much to comprehend for a guy like you who is making minimum wage. People who have an IQ lower than a 10 count should just keep quiet, so keep quiet.
And you can come out of the closet. You obviously have some ****** fantasy about Borat. Hey whatever floats your boat 187 Douche. Just leave me out of your alternative life style.Comment

Canelo can be a PPV star but he still needs a dance partner that's equally as big to break the big number. Canelo/GGG was a big fight demanded by the public because they wanted Canelo and GGG. Now, Canelo/Liam still brought in buys but not the big numbers because Liam is not a name. No matter how big Canelo gets he still needs a solid dance partner to rack up the big PPV numbers.
By the way Floyd did too. He put up excellent numbers but he needed opponents who brought something to the table to make the biggest numbers. This isn't rocket science.Comment

Golovkin doesn't have a single other PPV fight to his name without Alvarez. Alvarez has already shown that he can draw near 1m ppv homes with the right opponent and him as the A-side (nevermind the boatload of money that he gets on his Mexican TV deal).
Golovkin literally has near zero leverage to even demand 30% of the pot, lol.Comment

Thats what Oscar paid him I believe he fights under Canelo promotions which gets a % of the PPV buysComment

It means the match up is what people wanted to see, its not one or the other its the pair going into each other.Comment
