What do you mean? Is this just a figure of speech, or do you think they set up assault charges and traffic stops on purpose as a way to promote him as the bad guy? The way some people were saying the IRS story got released about Floyd right before the Mayweather-Mcgregor press tour in order to hype that fight and promote the State (they actually got crowds of people to start doing chants in favor of the IRS, the opposite of normal sentiment)?
