I'm curious to know the figures behind the Golden boy/ESPN deal and compare it to the Tap rank/ESPN deal. While top rank keep putting their best product out there, golden boy keep putting old, recycled fighters on meaningless fights.

These fights are really bad I probably wouldn't even watch them if I was flipping around channels. The marrero vs rojas card was good but pbc and top rank are smoking golden boy.

Exactly... PBC was getting crap from people for putting on Berto/Ortiz type of fights but GB gets a pass for this crap. I believe GB is getting under 250k views per show

Who gives a **** if they're old and recycled. That means that GBPs has their back. It's not like you're seeing it on PPV.

I'm from Jersey and a huge tapia fan, so trust me I don't mind. My point is, these are very low budget cards golden boy keeps putting on ESPN, while top rank have already featured their top 3 fighters.

The problem is Herrera and Soto karrass are fighting for LITERALLY nothing, only a check. Me, as a boxing fan, would like to see some substance behind fights. Something that means more than just a payday for fighters that will never compete at the highest level
