No, he's not a cheater. Ward is a rough, cagey, throwback fighter like Hopkins, who can be dirty at times. Boxing isn't hopscotch or tiddlywinks. He's not supposed to make it easy on his opponents. If you're saying Ward went 31-0 and built the resume he did only because of cheating GTFOH.

How is it cheating when the ref made clear in the pre-fight instructions the beltline was a legal blow? Both fighters had EQUAL opportunity to throw to the beltline. Kovalev was just too dumb or incapable of taking advantage of it, Ward wasn't. And where should they have fought instead of the US, Siberia??
