    The whole point of watching sports is to see which side or player can outdo the other and win.

    If what happens in the ring has little bearing on the result then whats the point of watching ?

    Imagine if in basketball the team that scored the most points only won sometimes.

      I wonder if we watched the same fight. Furthermore I wonder if you've even watched it back?. Maybe we've got different preferences on fight styles, effective punches etc. But Golovkin didn't win that fight. No way.

        Byrd could have it 120-108, but if the other judge who had it a draw had GGG winning by a point or two instead, then the right man would have won. We'd joke and ridicule Byrd for her **** scorecard, but the end result would have been correct with GGG winning.
