If its close again, I can see the judges doing a Pac-Bradley and scoring it more for GGG next time, possibly to the point where Canelo does better but ends up losing next time.

The judges are going to be nervous as f00k that they aren't seen to be favouring Canelo- every close round to Golovkin.

    Then we get a third.....

And 36 rounds of GGG would take something out of Canelo, just like Vasquez-Marquez took each others souls. GGG's retiring anyway so not an issue for him.

All didn't have Golovkin winning. Most of those that did had it a close fight with 1 more round to Canelo and it's a draw (like Roach)

It was a close fight. Golovkin didn't win clearly, that much is clear.
Sure was a close fight, and a good one. Opinions of boxers and trainers etc always interesting, but got to sift out the ones where there is conflict of interest or priors.

eg JCC Sr. is a Mexican icon, he's going to go with the Mexican every time unless its blatantly obvious he's spouting BS, and this was close enough that he's obliged to go with Mexico.

        Roach has priors with Cotto/Canelo.

Roach saying Pac won ? That's the trainers job to say their guy won. Sanchez says Golovkin won, DLH says Canelo won, Hopkins says Canelo won.....its their job, not what they believe.

Eventually you get to the ones who don't have conflicts, and there will be some Canelo, some Golovkin. In this case the majority is Golovkin, just the way it is, we can all just accept it, or not, and go home to wait for the rematch.

Great Video. Captures the essence of the fight! Thanks.

A different level to be sure, but a Canelo v GGG trilogy would be like Ward v Gotti -- inhuman effort on the part of both.

I'm a Mayweather fan and I think Golovkin won. Mayweather beat Canelo a lot easier than Golovkin did. Unless you're extremely biased against Mayweather you would agree. No need to bring Mayweather into this unless you are admitting how good he was or how biased you are against him. Either option won't really help you in this scenario.
People overuse the word "schooled," as in: Fighter A schooled Fighter B when in fact he only beat Fighter B. In the case of the Mayweather fight, Canelo will be the first to tell everyone, and often has, that he learned a lot from the Mayweather fight and that even though he lost the fight he came out as a "winner" because of it. I don't think Canelo is only referring to Mayweather's defensive skills or the fight itself, but also to Mayweather's dedication to the craft, his preparation, and negotiation tactics.

Canelo wont even do it in May. Hes scared obviously.
Yea hes a great Mexican fighter. Lol. Only time he looks
Comfortable is when hes hitting first. When hes getting hit first he looks uncomfortable. Im not saying anyone should be ok with being hit but the look on his face said volumes at times. He wished he was somewhere else. Not a good sign.

                      GGG is da Man !

                      Everybody knows that !!

The only reason he didn't get the decision is :
                      1.- CORRUPTION
                      2.- CONTROL
                      3.- GREED FOR POWER OVER OTHERS AND M O N E Y !!!!
