Both beat him that's what's clear. The key in both there wins over GGG was how many clean power shots they both landed on GGG. Both landed more power shots then GGG. Jacobs landed slightly more then Canelo but was also hit a lot more then Canelo was. Canelo literally took away GGG's body shots and power shots. Outlanded GGG in uppercuts, body shots, power shots literally every non jab stat Canelo landed more and at higher connect rates. Jacobs was hit more then Canelo and kissed the canvas. Canelo was literally only hit by jabs and most were grazing off his gloves or arms. GGG the monster = myth dead

Folks do not realize exactly what Canelo is.

He is an immense talent who gets better each fight and is also able to incorporate things from some of his better opponents.

On the ropes, Gennady wasn't fighting just Canelo, he was fighting Floyd.

In the middle of the ring, I saw a few classic Cotto hooks to the breadbasket.

Canelo will beat him easier next time.

Jacobs did beat GGG but they gave GGG a gift cause they knew they couldn't make the canelo fight then. Jacobs and GGG should fight a again so Jacobs could finish out boxing him

I had Jacob winning the fight when I watched live on HBO. I was even more adamant when I watched it again recently. Jacobs didn't need to qualify his victory with the results from Saturday. He beat Golovkin, end of story. Canelo didn't deserve the draw but I do agree if that's a draw then his was an even clearer victory. Golovkin got a gift with Jacobs just to make the Canelo fight. Then they took it right back with the draw on Saturday.

When you call him lil' g instead of his correct name GGG you brand yourself as a GGG hater and your score card for his fights has no credibility at all. As far as you are concerned if GGG doesn't win by KO then he lost. Canelo got a draw in Vegas but the judges were unfair to him and he really won??????? Get serious, get real. Jacobs said GGG clearly beat Canelo and got robbed and almost every other boxer said the same thing. As far as Jacobs beating GGG goes boxers are always generous to themselves when scoring their own fights. Jacobs thought he beat GGG and GGG thought he beat Jacobs. What a surprise.
