I aint a fan of either me only of boxing didnt mind who won only thst it was a great fight and it was both men were made of iron but one was stronger and attacked more and chased his opponent all round the ring triple G won by atleast 3 rounds
I wouldn't call that getting countered all night! Canelo would start out each round throwing punches but would retreat the last 2:30 secs! Canelo did land some nice punches but far from countering all night! LOL
Nelo did a lot that fight, the only thing he couldn't do was knock him out.

So what's the excuse for Canelo beating Lara since he literally did the same thing Lara did when he fought Golovkin but even I gave the fight to Canelo that night....So if you had Canelo beating Lara logic would dictate by that same theory he lost Saturday. No?
