lets go war COTTO we aint scared of nobody! GGG lets go, even if Cotto gets roasted! Lets go I want to see it, I don't want Cotto fighting a nobody....
He should be trying to make a fight with Saunders. There is nothing compelling about watching Cotto get blasted out in his career finale. He didn't want to fight GGG when he was MW champ, I doubt he want to fight him now. Unify the division if Saunders has the balls to fight.
I dont know man. GGG has been on year round drug testing. Cotto I don't think has, so he's been able to "stay young," I'd bet, better. His combinations and speed looked much better than GGG's in his last fight, and he also threw more punches, showing better stamina than he's ever shown. Cotto to me still looks in good form, it's just he was too small for Canelo, which yes, would be the issue with GGG. But given that GGG has declined, I don't think this is the complete destruction it would have been in the past. I see it a lot like the Brook fight.
Do you see any irony in the fact that you said "you don't think it will be a destruction" while saying you see the fight going like the Brook fight in which GGG destroyed Brooks orbital bone? :-)
Wow. Here we go again with calling out a naturally smaller fighter who started his career at 140, and an old one at that. Enough with this garbage already. This hype train has worn thin. How about a rematch with the guy you barely beat - Jacobs? Want another smaller guy moving up - what about the impressive young gun Jermall Charlo, who already held a title? He was a 154 lbr., just the way you and Sanchez like them. Why no mention of him?
I guess you missed the part where Cotto called for the winner of Canelo vs. GGG. Pay attention before you start talking *****.

He has a fight already scheduled in November. Pay attention before you start talking *****.

He just fought 3 days ago dude. Chill.
You're supposed to be a superstar everyone fears - how about you finally man up and call out Andre Ward, you know, the guy at 168 you avoided like the plague - even at a catchweight? That is guaranteed to never happen.
Its guaranteed never to happen because Ward hasn't made 168 in almost 4 years AND Ward is already talking about moving up to cruiserweight. Kinda hard to get a good catchweight fight with an opponent who is already 2 divisions above you and looking to move up yet another division further away.
I may be in the minority, but if it's for a last big paycheck (million plus ppv buys with Cotto getting %60) I wouldn't be shocked if he fought GGG.
I also think Golovkin is better off fighting in December, Being active keeps him sharp, March to Sept was a long layoff by his standards, though he still won 8-4.
