GGG Wasn't Allowed To Throw Body Shots...

    I am convinced.

The logic that he was afraid to get countered upstairs makes no sense because he was getting hit flush moving forward all fight anyway. And he was getting countered throwing his looping right hand.

Did he stop moving forward? Did he stop throwing the looping right?

    No and No.

Was it like Jacobs where GGG had to fight him in the middle of the ring? No... it was against the ropes.

He simply completely abandoned his body attack which has carried him so far in his career. His body attack is what broke Kell Brook by the 5th(faster than canelo with movement and counters). Lemiuex. Murray etc.

I'm sorry to say but GGG took a bribe for money. He's ensured a rematch now. part 2....

i agree. its not like the left hook to the body wasnt there. john david jackson told gggs camp that canelo was weak to the body and not to go there unless he wanted to win. they wanted that big money rematch. boxing is so corurpt

I didn't understand why he wasn't going to the body at first but he was going there in the later rounds.

Come on man, I watched the fight with all the boxers from the gym, and this O.G. Ex fighter straight called it.

He said GGG just got old, he could see the shots but he just couldn't pull the trigger in time, and the more he missed the more he fought with his heart instead of his head.

Able if he was this great trainer should of calmed him down and had him working the body.

he landed probably a dozen body shots in total.

he racked those #'s up within the first 2-3 rounds normally.

his left to the body is smooooooth af too. not like his labored overhand right which he kept attempting.

he would have Canelo on the ropes then opt to throw a jab and the looping right right on the guard.

            it was baffling.

he could've easily came in with 2 body shots after the jab snapped Canelo's head back.

It's clear as day his natural instincts were abandoned.

Canelo didn't land to body and he is a specialist.

It's simple, ignorant, if you go to the body, you make space to be countered in the head.

logic not found as addressed in the OP.

GGG was taking plenty of risks like stalking and winging that ****** looping right hand upstairs.

Ate hard counters too but never stopped doing either.

so what would exactly deter him from the body attack? since he was wakling Canelo down anyway. He was running Canelo down. He was not afraid of Canelo's counters.

it looked exactly like Margarito against Cotto where Cotto's shots were bouncing off him..... but except Margarito in this case didn't throw body shots cus he's getting scared to get countered?

                make some sense.

                  Ignorant.

Margarito and Cotto are different fighters.

You are forgetting that Canelo is a body puncher too and he didnt land too much to the body.

                  That's is too normal.

Estrada is a great specialist too and he didnt landed to the body against Cuadras

Yeah GGG not going to the body was his biggest mistake this fight. I couldn't believe how much he was head hunting. He could of gotten a TKO if he went to the body.
