Adalaide Byrd's boss won't abandon the veteran judge based on the instantly infamous scorecard she submitted Saturday night. Bob Bennett, the executive director for the Nevada State Athletic Commission told the Los Angeles Times for Monday's editions that Nevada's Byrd won't work another fight soon, but that she'll remain a judge for fights in that state. Bennett acknowledged during the post-fight press conference Saturday night that Byrd's scoring of the Canelo Alvarez-Gennady Golovkin middleweight title fight was off.

Her card was a way off but I had Nelo winning by one round.

no its not accurate but is giving ward round 10 accurate when kovalev completely dominated it? judges will do what they want to do. what happens in the fight has no bearing on their cards at all. they wanted the fight to appear closer on their cards so they made it so. adelaide byrd wanted canelo to win by a huge margin so she made it so. if she wanted a less controversial card she would gave ggg the last 3. also alcohol could have been involved with her card
