    Former WBC middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (50-3-1, 32 KOs) revealed on social media that he's returning to the ring on November 11 at The Forum in Los Angeles, California. According to Chavez, he is facing former WBC super middleweight champion Anthony Dirrell (30-1-1, 24 KOs) at the full division limit of 168-pounds.

                  Chavez Jr is simply maxing out on what he's got left; after the performance that he put out during the Alvarez fight, he wasn't going to come back on big money were he to not take a tough fight.

                  Anthony's a tough fight but not a world better, Chavez Jr is headlining a fight at a 17k-seat arena in SoCal, and a win in the fight puts him immediately into position for another big fight (James Degale is coming back, the WBSS is still going on, Arum may end up open to giving up 70% of the pot to try and launch Zurdo).

                    i dont know why but i get the feeling chavez jr isnt all that good. i mean i know hes one of the elite fighters in the sport along with felix verdejo but maybe hes not like broner level elite
