Canelo only did enough to survive. In the rounds that he looked good he fought in spots and then ran and got backed into the ropes where he ate punches from GGG. He faded and looked mentally beat. GGG walked through everything Canelo threw. He lost 8-4 just like Lederman called it and got his ass saved by a corrupt judge and system because the younger fighter with the big Mexican fanbase (who booed him) brings more money to the table and will be around after GGG retires. Las Vegas was never going to be the best place for GGG. You could tell from the start that when the Champion with 4 belts against the challenger moving up is the one who gets brought into the ring 1st...that he was not going to get a fair chance. Everything was set up to promote Canelo as the PPV King. Canelo looked out of his league TBH. Canelo is used to dominating...he never came close to that last night. He lost and it was not even close.

But canelo haters are strong they will never give him credit even if he stops ggg in the rematch
Wow, must be that there is a ton of ex champions plus current fighters really hate Canelo as practically the entire professional boxing community had Canelo losing.

He didn't, it was a extremely competitive fight

This is how I see it too. He fought well, tons of courage, he has my respect, he didn't win though.

I would if he fought Golovkin when he was supposed to. He's doing well to follow the Floyd path. Floyd ***gots love cherrypicking ****'s. I'm glad Golovkin wasn't too old to lose to Canelo.

                What a ****** post!

It was a super competitive fight and Canelo neutralized Golovkin in a good part of the fight.

He ended the fight too clean of his face and shied great chin and heart.

The boo was for his words saying he won clearly.

Chocolatito González got a card 117-111 vs Cuadras and nobody cried like women like people is doing in this case
