Saul "The Gift" Alvarez is not on the same level as Golovkin. I was just proven right last night.
Although I will say, I do respect him. Pulling off a MD against Floyd at only 22 is sensational. Just to have one judge score it for ya at such a green underdeveloped age against prime TBE is something to behold.

Nope. Can you stop making every thread directly or indirectly about Floyd and his legacy?

Unfortunately he won't. The comments I am reading are "GGG has really slipped", "GGG looked like **** for some reason but still won". "Why wasn't GGG hitting him when he had him on the ropes". "Why wasn't GGG using body shots".

Before the fight: "Canelo can never box and move for 12 rounds like Jacobs, he'll get ok'd easy"

After the fight: "Canelo ran like a *****"

I could honestly go on for an hour but I think you get the picture.

I agree about the levels, that is exactly what this is. He has stepped up to B+/A- level since Brook and that is why he can't shine like he was against C level guys. There is nothing wrong with that, I felt like he might have shaded the fights with Canelo and Jacobs, although I scored Canelo a draw.

But these guys clearly know very little about actual boxing, so I am not going to waste anymore breath on this.

Shouldn't Golovkin get his respect first friend? He was supposed to be exposed by the superior boxer in Canelo but in the eyes of most won the fight 8-4.

Why should the loser get respect when he received a gift?

Judging from various fight reactions, he got more DISRESPECTS, flaks instead. Just listen to the massive loud BOOs he got from the predominantly Mexican crowd.

If he gives an immediate rematch yeah

We could have a classic rivalry on our hands if they're both worried about losing a razor decision in part 2

Knowing how boxing has become tho, prob let it "marinade" until we cease to care
