toney has a glass punch(is there such a thing??), a weak punch at heavey... toney doesnt hit anywhere near as hard as sanders or brewster... and toney would have to be able to hit wlad as well(5'9" vs 6'5")... by using wlad's jaw as your arguement for a toney win, you're saying toney just has a puncher's chance, thats it...

thats exactly why the fight would take place on the inside....wald wouldnt be able to keep him outta there..

if toney can get inside, if he can get past the reach, the jab, the right hand, etc... toney is rarely that agressive.... most of the time he likes to sit back and counter punch...

if toney comes in shape, if he fights aggressive, if he can get inside and if he can hurt wlad... then he might win, but that's alot of IF's and it still adds up to only a puncher's chance...

Toney has a solid chin but not much power at heavyweight. His cutie pie defence isn't gonna work against Wlad and he may end up like Chris Byrd although I at least see him going the distance. It's a toss up though , if he can crack Wlad with some huge over hand rights he may even be able to knock him out but that is unlikely.
