nope, that is correct..... you are just not aware of that fact
I don't care if you think that Golovkin won, no problem there..... but that fight showed who the better/more-skilled fighter was

That appears to be a post injection site lump. It's public knowledge that Jon Jones used a PED after weighing in for his last fight, which could very well explain the lumps you see highlighted in the picture. This side effect is a common occurrence among injectable steroid users. Is this purely coincidental, or a sign of foul play? I'll let you guys be the judge.

Canelo won that fight. He landed the cleaner more effective shots and golovkin had zero steam on his punches in the later rounds.
At least we get a rematch, it's going to be a better fight than the first because canelo knows he needs to be more aggressive to win.
Canelo's going to win because he's the better boxer and now golovkin knows it.
Bring on the rematch.

GGG worked that fraud over for 9 rounds. The polls aren't even close anywhere, just like the fight wasn't close. Keep hanging on to the dream tho, keep fighting that good fight!!

Byrd is a shîtbag but I completely agree that most judge's get it right most of the time as their the only truly unbiased watching the fight objectively 90% of time. They have put in 1000s of hrs of work for low pay to get to the point of judging championship fights.
Its no surprise that gggroupies were promising to cry robbery if their claims were proven untrue of ggg koing canelo as theyve said repeatedly. Funny how I was saying then that whatever the outcome we shouldn't cry if our fav lost, but gggtards got excuses in early like they will now claim if ggg gets kod in rematch, that canelo kod old ggg,& that the ref cheated 4 him. This is literally ward vs kov 2.0.
I seriously (and in all honesty) scored the fight for Canelo, 7-5. At the end of the day, regardless of who fought who, people will see a fight differently. The judges are there because they are supposed professionals. I'll admit that Byrd's card was off....but in all honesty, it wasn't THAT far off. I know of many people that scored it 8-4 for Canelo. How ANYONE can score the fight giving more than 7 rounds to GGG is beyond me.
EFFECTIVE Aggression is what's rewarded. GGG was aggressive but it was by no means effective. If your opponent is on the ropes and you're throwing a significant volume of punches and only about 10% are truly landing...YOU ARE INEFFECTIVE!
Maidana was more effective against Floyd on the ropes than GGG was against Canelo on the ropes. I am no real fan of either Canelo of GGG, but I call a spade a spade and there just simply is NO WAY Canelo didn't win 6 rounds or more...NO WAY!!!
The fact of the matter is, like you said, GGG was supposed to knock Canelo out...He didn't. He was also supposed to knock DJ out...he Didn't. If these casual mofos turn off the Jim Lampley for a minute and watch the fight they would see things a bit more clearly.

You need an umbrella or raincoat when in this thread...tears showering all up in this thread
The 118-110 card was corrupt but the decision was correct...I had it 6-6 could've gone either way with nobody winning more than 7 rounds imo...with that said...nobody will win a close fight that goes to the cards against Nelo...You have to ice Nelo...he's the money machine...dudes act like they don't know the sport is a business smh

Because ignorance is literally the fact of hiding by 'it's officially' proving smth when reality is mirrored to it, because non-ignorants do have a line.
A line between 'not agree with score yet still legit' and 'BS, non-legit POS'. For me that line would be 111-117 and above. Ignorants don't have lines at all. Sorry.
P.S. Bribery isn't a sole reason of becoming non-legit. Reason is a final score while what pushed to that could be anything from drugs overdose to a wall accident.Last edited by Ajvar; 09-19-2017, 08:29 AM.

I honestly don't agree that decisions like this ruin boxing. What ruins boxing is all the fans and media that let the result overshadow the fight itself, which was great.
