Hey pendejo, that's exactly what I said. Canelo lost and all you Canelo fans can go back to fudge packing instead of following boxing!! While you're at it, you too go fphuck yourself! BAHAHAHAHA!!!
And STILL, WBC, IBF, IBO, WBA Middleweight Champion of The World!!
why is 115-113 118-110 114-114 a draw when obviously the points are in canelos favor?
Cos them's the rules. If it goes to the cards the magnitude of the win by each judge doesn't matter, just the result, W, L or D. This is probably a good thing too, given the scale of corruption in the sport we love.
This was a high intensity fun fight. I either had it 8 rounds to 4 for Triple G or 7 rounds to 5 for Triple G. About the best I can do for Canelo is a draw but I'm really really stretching it to get to that point. Ring generalship and effective aggression were all Triple G's. Canelo showed plenty of heart and did well in spurts but not enough to win the fight. As soon as I saw Byrd was a judge I knew we were going to get at least one shonky scorecard. Considering I thought Golovkin would need at least 2 knockdown's or even a knockout to get a win here he was lucky that he didn't get ****d even harder by the judges. When a pro-Mexican crowd is booing the Mexican after the fight that should tell you everything about the result you need to know.
I feel like if Golovkin had committed to the body a bit more he might have even got the stoppage, there were periods in that fight where canelo looked dead tired, respect to him though he bit down hard and toughed it out.
