I was going to say that Teddy Atlas is entitled to his educated opinion, but he can't possibly have a valid argument if the experienced experts here are refuting everything he says.

The sarcasm is completely my style and genuinely appreciated, but thing is, Teddy is contradicting much of what he himself said about Golovkin before the 3rd Pac/Bradley fight.

The switch happened after Bradley changed trainers from Joel Diaz to Atlas for Pac 3, and while Atlas and Roach seemed to be verbally squaring off, Sanchez waded in with:

'I see the same thing happening that happened in the last fights. I don’t think Teddy is going to change a five time world champion. Teddy seems to just make it a show about himself and not about the fighter. Timothy Bradley is very skilled and he won five titles with Joel Diaz. If there’s anything that Teddy will do is make it more of a sideshow'

Ever since then Atlas has been trashing Golovkin. All soap opera ish (or is that soap operatic?)

edit: and if you want to follow the feud further. Before the Sanchez feud, Atlas said Golovkin couldn't have done what he's done being 1 dimensional. Now he uses the 1-dimensional tag as his primary reason for not having Golovkin in his P4P top 10. Thing is, Atlas is on the ESPN judging panel that determines ESPN's P4P top 10. If Atlas had Golovkin anywhere in his top 10, Golovkin would get points in ESPN's scoring system. So he doesn't.....
