I honestly think he's a psychopath. I don't think he feels any emotions, which is why he enjoys inflicting pain in the ring, but he's bizarrely nice outside of it. I think the nice guy persona is an act to make him more likable to be honest.
Do u think Manny Pacquiao a psychopath? I don't think so, him n GGG have similar personalities.
Who knows? Just because it isn't reported doesn't mean he doesn't give back. Gennady came from the dirt also, he knows what it's like to struggle.
Look, I'm just pointing out an observation I made. I am not a psychologist, and others seem to have noticed similar things about G. Manny lets off the gas when he hurts people; he's been doing this for a while now. I love that GGG does not do this (as a boxing fan). His story is also impressive from where he came from. I am a huge fan of GGG the fighter, but I honestly do not know much about his life as a person (probably because he is very private about those details).
I actually get the feeling Golovkin knows something a lot of people don't.
He's very confident about this fight. He seems a nice guy and talks about how its a 50/50 fight obviously to sell it but he comes out with some things like "i'll see you tomorrow" and after one fight he said "bring him, i'll show you" - He never usually speaks like this that much. I get the feeling he genuinely thinks/knows he can really whoop Canelo. All fighters think they can win of course, but they're also knowledgeable about boxing and probably have a fairly good idea if it's going to be a tough one, or if they just have the other guys number. I think GGG genuinely feels he has Canelo's number in this one.
Champion's mentality.
He knows it's a tough fight, he doesn't have to lie to himself about how he'll surely knock him out, or visualize it before sleep. He know he just has to remain calm and 100% focused.
