***CANELO VS. GGG SUPER-FIGHT BREAKDOWN & PREDICTION***

      BREAKDOWN:
CANELO's experience, Ring IQ , defense , reach , handspeed , counter punching , combinations , heart , youthful hunger , technique, accuracy , power & home crowd energy will give him the victory in this fight.

CANELO will weather the early storm of Golovkin, playing defense & countering with 2 or 3 more punches then Golovkin's combos, similar to the Cotto performance, but Golovkin will be there to be hit early & often like Angulo & Smith and Kirkland. CANELO is going to time the jab and go to the body early and often wearing Golovkin down, in the first 4 rounds. Starting the 4th or 5th round GGG will lose overall speed & power on his punches that will make him get desperate to land something meaningful on CANELO, from then on CANELO will see everything coming and time GGG while setting traps and countering with big shots in a variety of combinations from different angles that will cause the then slow & sloppy Golovkin to move back and get gunshy & defensive while getting hit cleaner & more often as the rounds progress.

Remember CANELO has all the advantages to land first when he wants to and second also & he also has the better defensive skills.
The fight will go as far as Golovkin's chin holds up after the 4th or 5th round if it's a war from the start.

Golovkin's best chance to win will be to look for the KO from rounds 1-4 , after that he's gonna get dominated if CANELO takes his best shots and CANELO is not hurt or discouraged from going forward. CANELO took away Cotto's great jab & left hook, two of Golovkin's best punches, also CANELO got past Khans & Lara's Super fast jabs as well. CANELO also blocked or dodged almost all of Angulo's & Smith's body punches, another one of GGG's best punches and destroyed their body. CANELO's early body work will open up the headshots where he will set up a big KO punch.

      PREDICTION:
CANELO will win by KO in Round 6 - 9.
If it's a defensive technical chess match for 12 rounds , CANELO will cruise to a dominant decision victory winning a clear 9 rounds to 3.

Canelo has more than 1 plan? Where was that against Floyd? Your ass could've went for broke, and went all out pressure, and ambush mode, but you were heistant from Floyd's counter punching, and punches, for God's sake. Wtf are you gonna do when you taste GGG's power?

Canelo has terrible stamina, you have not mentioned anything about him gassing, why, he gassed against Chavez and Chavez hardly threw a punch at him, ggg will be right on canelo so what has changed so he will have stamina to punch, move counter and keep ggg off of him, please explain your theory

I don't think he has stamina issues , especially after a back to back camp at or above 160 pounds with a new nutritionist & strength and conditioning trainer plus the extra motivation cause both those fights are personal to CANELO. CANELO has way more 12 round fights then Golovkin does ,GGG has only been 12 rounds once and he wasn't this super fast volume puncher in the championship rounds against Jacobs. You can't give GGG this huge advantage in the championship rounds with only 1 twelve round fight. Did you even watch the Chavez Jr. fight, cause from what I saw he won a 12 round to 0 fight in first gear, while standing up in the corner in between rounds , demonstrating his great conditioning. Remember Chavez was a way bigger guy with a granite chin, CANELO even invited Chavez to the ropes for some more toe 2 toe action.
Stamina won't be an issue vs. GGG. Like in most sports , a 27 year old more then likely will have better stamina then a 35 year old and in boxing that counts as well as a 27 year old body can take more punishment while producing a higher level of physical output. That's not even mentioning the reflexes advantage as well.

Your like a drowning man grasping for straws.

After Jacobs and the IBF thing GGG got the Canelo fight and put that muscl back on.

He looked bigger at weigh in. Most recent camp Picture with J-rock was half way through camp and ggg looked stacked.

It almost really looks like he set a trap for Canelo. If he takes Canelo out expect his haters to go into the full he ducked Ward the (cheater only fight with stacked with safe ref and judges) phase.

They'll say Canelo moved up to fight ggg ignoring Canelo came to MW, fought for years, and step in line and won the Lineal ggg was chasing.

Canelo is about to learn why that was a mistake.
I dropped my CANELO vs. GGG SUPER-FIGHT BREAKDOWN & PREDICTION on page 4 of this thread. Be a good sportsman and give CANELO his props after the fight, and be a Progressive Jedi & like your buddy GGG says "Respect Sport, This is Boxing."

That'll be the key. He's gassed in every single fight even admitted to gassing against JCCJ at 164 even though JCCJ only threw like 60 punches the entire fight.

So a boxer with existing stamina issues packs on 10 pounds of muscle for a fight, THEN drains down 15 pounds of water weight to make 160 and is expected to have better stamina? LOL, hell no that's not going to happen!!

She'll be fine for a couple rounds but no matter what GGG lands or doesn't land, Candelita will be slower than before and that stamina is going to be WORSE than before. Then, when you throw in the cumulative head and body damage that GGG will be inflicting during the course of the fight, Candelita will be exhausted by round 6 or so. When this fight enters rds 8-12, GGG will be having his way with the diva who will have no recourse but to lay on the ropes for breathers and take massive damage while doing so.

GGG weaknesses are known for years. He is hittable and anybody knows that.
The problem is that even though he has these weaknesses, nobody managed to beat him up to now.

If Canelo will be the first to beat him, props to him.

I only hope for a packed action sensational fight. Big drama show and the best will win.
