Mayweather lives in Vegas and the ref and jusges do too. That's against the WBO rules.

In the U.S., yes, often times American judges, but not from the same state the fight is held in. As for the BJS fight, who knows. Different fight.

I'm not against the idea, it sounds good. I'm against orgs flip flopping and deciding when a rule should be enforced and when it shouldn't. Enforce the rules for all fights or do away with them. No preferential treatment for certain fighters or promotions.

Why should WBO or any sanctioning org have to keep going life and death with the British board for their biased b.s.?

Bottom line: Do you really think this Parker/Fury fight is fair to Parker, with a Brit ref, who is a known biased azzholeo? Just answer the question. No deflectorama b.s. either.

Just because any other fight has one sided officials doesn't excuse anything. It's not a valid argument turning a blind eye to virtually fixing an outcome because it has been done before. They have appointed a ref who has a controversial history with giving the same family member a bogus score. It's a little more than a fellow countryman.

Enforce the rules or don't the WBO can't pick and choose when to. That is unfair by itself.

I agree, picking and choosing is dodgy as hell, and the WBO certainly is in both Bob Arum and Frank Warren's pocket.

I still think it's ridiculous for O'Connor to be the referee in this fight. I think it's highly likely he will prevent Parker from going to work on the inside, and allow Fury to use Tyson Fury's tactics against Cunningham or Klitschko tactics against Povetkin.

Agreed but you have to start somewhere and being ok with slanted officials because someone else is doing it is just petty and sad. No boxing fan should be happy with that appointment unless you want Hughie to win by any means regardless if he gets outclassed. I'm sure there's more than a few

Parker is going to KO him anyway. I'm OK with the BBBoC not listening to the WBO. The WBO are corrupt as they come. It's no coincidence most of their titles are owned by Top Rank/Warren fighters.
