WBO fights in America have American refs and judges with American champions/challengers. I didn't see the WBO trying to change that. I bet the BJS-Monroe fight will have a British Ref and a British judge. The WBO aren't crying about that. So why now?

Not just a British ref but an incompetent British ref who has
a history with his awful scoring of Tyson vs McDermott and has officiated two of Hughies previous fights. A neutral ref isn't an unreasonable request for a world title fight. Saying just because America or wherever allows that doesn't make it any better. I think everyone can see the common sense in that

If the WBO wants to enforce the rules they should do it for all fights. That would be the fair thing to do. Saying that fight can, that fight can't is bullshit. We all know why they're doing it. The WBO is in Arums pocket.
