Unless people know what they are doing they probably should not imitate the Mayweather mittwork.

It's like he's not even trying. He even has his own fake British version of Nate jones

That was hilarious. And they have their own bootleg chants too.

"Honest work. Pure work. That's real work."

Anthony Yarde needs to step it up now. Frank Warren is holding him back. He is fighting Norbert Nemesapati tonight, a Super Middleweight who has never won anything other than a clubfight in the boxing hotbeds of Hungary and Slovakia. Nemesapati's last four wins have a combined record of 7-109-4 (3 KO).

Boxing politics have already scuppered any real chances of the Frank Buglioni fight for the British title. Why not go after the English title and force a mandatory spot for the British, if they're serious? I'd much rather see him up against someone with a decent pedigree, like Ricky Summers or Jake Ball, than some Euro bum.

No its about muscle memory. They dont do the full movement but you see when the trainer makes a movement YArde makes a counter movement. So the trainer goes with his right hand Yarde picks up his lead shoulder, trainer goes to the body, Yarde drops his elbow to block. The idea being that you get to the point where you dont need to think about making these moves anymore, they just happen.

I guess the major issue is if your opponent is smart enough to see how you are reacting, they can exploit those triggers with feints and open up other targets. Like Maidana did to Broner

He does other types of pad work too for different things. Him and his team spent a lot of time at the Mayweather Gym so they probably have a decent idea of what they are doing.

He really should have gone for that Hosea Burton fight. Would have guaranteed a shot at Buglioni, and Burton is a good opponent in himself anyways.

Makes me think they didnt fancy Burtons lanky boxing style tbh
