idk anything about a fine, but i surely wouldnt forgive him based on actions of another man after his initial actions.Interesting point. Had he been fined for that yet? Seems like this is getting swept under the rug due to the uncle's actions. But they don't care about the integrity of the sport unless it's a fighter they don't like. They encouraged Madaina to fight dirty and they still won't acknowledge Margarito as a cheater.
dc commision upheld the refs decision and the ibf has interjected to save a dirty fighter...WHILE WE'RE AT IT LETS HAVE DIRTY A AND B SAMPLES IN URINE AND LET THE GUY GOT KICK ASS HUH?
dirrell was losing..it was close but he was losing...no matter tho, bc how does this justify getting cold clocked with one of the biggest fouls u can commit?Comment

The uncle deserves a 2 year suspension and 50k fine and wtf are you talking about? Bringing race into this is weak. Tyson was dirty also. Are you happy now?Comment

Exactly. Obviously My Low Place hasn't watched the fight. I don't give a damn that the commission upheld the result. That doesn't mean it was the right call. That just means the commission didn't have a spine and didn't want to risk creating any controversy by using their authority to do the right thing and correct the mistake??? Someone didn't watch the fight. He started the combo BEFORE the bell, 2nd one landed right at bell and 3rd a split second AFTER.
And then Dirrell decided to try out his acting skills and stayed down and QUIT!!!
Andre "I take a knee Dirrell.
Him and his uncle are COWARDS
Made by the referee. Anyone calling Uzcategui dirty has never sparred or fought. In that moment, with everything going on in an intense fight, he threw a 3 punch combo before the bell rung. It rang right as his 2nd punch was landing and the last shot came like a split second after the bell. It's not easy to stop yourself in the middle of a combination like that when you are focusing on trying to land your shots and hurt your opponent, especially in that moment where he most likely saw he had an opening and had a shot to catch his opponent. The fact that the bell rang right in the middle of the combination shows that he was just acting like a fighter trying to win, trying to fight hard to win, and not that was trying to take advantage and catch his opponent with a free shot after the Round is over. Plus, the fact that the opponent happens to be Direll in this situation raised some flags for me personally. Ever since his fight long ago against Abraham, when he appeared to consciously go down on purpose after Abraham hit him when he was already down, I've always thought Dirrell was sketchy. His entire scene in the ring at the end of the Abraham fight was quite a performance. Loudly repeating "I got dropped!" Over and over to his team as they kept telling him that he won on DQ, wow. What a doozy. I laughed when Abraham said Dirrell deserved an Oscar for his acting. Truthfully though it was some
Bad acting. I didn't believe his phony crocodile tears and over the top "post concussion confusion" BS he was trying to pull with the "I got dropped!, I got dropped!" bull****e. I've heard that in the Uzcategui fight, his team can be heard yelling at him to stay down. They know the game. They were going for the same result as the Abraham fight. Didn't matter that this time the punch was nowhere
Near as egregious as Abrahams was, or that their fighter, just like last time, was fine to continue. Nope they saw this punch that came a split second after the bell as their best shot to steal a win in a fight they were losing. I saw Lawson's pitiful punch as more acting to sell the whole thing. Lawson knew that Uzcategui was just fighting hard trying to win, not trying to do anything dirty, but if Lawson acts enraged like he thought Uzcategui was trying to hurt his guy with a free shot after the bell, it sells the whole thing to the referee even more. If team Dirrell were as disciplined with their boxing as they are with their coordinated efforts to steal fights on DQ, Dirrell would be in a better spotComment

Andre started to get up. Heard brother screaming, dropped down, started get up, heard screaming, dropped down, started get up, heard brother screaming again, and this time finally stayed down. He wasn't even hurt!!! Then the crowd was booing him and his entourage and brother started attacking the fans booing him. A BUNCH of COWRDS they ALL are. And Clarissa Shields as well. Saying she PROUD of her UNCLE. DeGale called her out and she still tried defending the sucker punch before someone SMART in her camp finally told her to STFU. Which she did and deleted all that BS.Comment

Someone didn't watch the fight. He started the combo BEFORE the bell, 2nd one landed right at bell and 3rd a split second AFTER.
