At StubHub Center on Saturday night I saw A LOT of Mexicans and Latinos wearing GGG gear and didn't see one of them wearing any CA gear. I was surprised by that. The line to buy GGG swag was long all night. It will be very interesting to hear who gets more crowd support on Saturday and how that changes during the fight.

A lot of Mexicans are big fans of his (and a lot of Central Americans who don't always have the most love for Mexicans). If you aren't in LA and at an event you don't know that. I was sitting in a bar watching the fights this weekend and had a GGG hat on. Hispanic guy walks up and says he loves the hat, he'll be wearing the same one when he is watching the fight in Guadalajara.

I don't like Golovkin said he has Mexican blood. No problem with the rest of it. He got carried away.
