If you gave Jacobs 8 rounds = 115 vs. 112 (assuming you scored all rounds 10/9 minus the round Golovkin got a KD so won 10/8)

If you gave Jacobs 7 rounds = 114 vs. 113

So how did you have Jacobs winning by 2 points?
If you look at the eyeonthering site that shows fan scorecards for Golovkin/Jacobs, you can see the rounds where there was disagreement. The third and eighth were the ones the ones with the most variation, closely followed by the first. Give all three to Jacobs and you get to 115/112 for Jacobs in no time.

The 'clearer' rounds seemed to be:
    Golovkin: 4th (2 point), 5th, 9th, 12th
    Jacobs: 2nd, 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th

    Which leaves the 1st, 3rd, 8th.

Give all three to Jacobs, voila, 115-112.

Give all 3 to Golovkin, voila, other way around.

Note that the weighting of the swing rounds were 1st and 3rd rounds to Golovkin (ie most people thought Golovkin had those two), and 8th to Jacobs. So if you went purely on the weighting, thats 114-113 to Golovkin.

But if you give 2 of the swing rounds to Jacobs, 114-113 Jacobs.

edit: give any swing round a 10-10 to get a 2 point fight.

You said I was lying I wasn't going to bet the fight. I told you I'm betting $500 to $1600. You said I was too cheap. So I challenged your dumb ass to put up something if your going to call me a liar. Of course like the marica you really are you ran away.

I don't talk sht to other people. I got no problem with Canelo as I've said a million times. Massive props to him if he wins, and I'll be giving him more credit for a win over Golovkin than you will.

I realize I diagnosed what an utter loser in life you are and it bugs the crap out of you. You're a low class, uneducated fool who's never amounted to sht. You're the dbag in the bar who is looking for a fight by talking sht. Your the turd who admits actually messing with people's food when you serve it. You're the turd in every ethnic group that embarrasses the rest. Sin duda eres una verguenza.

You're basing it by Vegas judges' scorecards... Hence why your entire post is valueless...

The only way you get to a 2 point win for Jacobs is scoring a round 10-10. Which first, when was the last time you've seen a 10-10 round in a fight in NA. Two, if you are giving one round a 10-10 then you're likely giving more than one 10-10 round in that fight.

Anyone IMO giving 8 rounds to Jacobs has a ridiculous card, they are looking to give him the fight.

          Round 1 close
          Round 2 close
Round 3 - Golovkin, this was a toss up?
          Round 4 - no dispute
          Round 5 - decisive Golovkin
          Round 6 - Jacobs
          Round 7 - Jacobs
          Round 8 - close
          Round 9 - GGG
          Round 10 - Jacobs
          Round 11 - close
          Round 12 - GGG

          Golovkin clear 5 rounds
          Jacobs clear 3 round
          Toss up 4 rounds

You basically had to give Jacobs every toss up round, or 4/5 if round 3 wasn't clearly for Golovkin. Jacobs won 3 rounds I think clearly in that fight. Golovkin had 4 plus a 2 point round. If you are saying a lot of those rounds were super close and if IMO if you are seeing it that way they balance themselves out. Jacobs wasn't robbed in any way. Very close fight but the judges got it right as did something like 18/20 on press row scoring the fight.

            • Most boxing judges can't be trusted. Scoring is dodgy in big fights usually. The subjective way of viewing a fight, whether you score for the aggressor, or the slick boxer, or effective aggression, ring generalship, makes it all the more complicated and debatable. And is watching the fight on tv better or worse than being up close at ringside, although one could miss a few things sitting closely as well. One would think it's better to sit up close but the judges don't see everything.

              • Hey boxing experts how many biased gift decisions have been awarded in Vegas to the money house fighters in the past? Those of you putting down GGG fans saying they have excuses already are full of shyt and you know it. Especially when there's been many controversial decisions in the past. Stop with the nonsense just to put a fan base down. No excuses just facts.

Holy sht!!!! I think I would rather get hit by Ward in the nuts a few times than watch that fight again...

                    Man that guy loves pain...

I hope this fight lives up to the hype??? Their style should he perfect for each other. I don't like Bayless as the ref. Though. He tends to always want to be the center of attention and always breaks up fights on the 1st sign of any inside game. What he did to Maidana was BRUTAL. Even clean punches he was pulling him back...

I would rather let the fighters fight there way out of it for a few seconds. Both these guys have good inside game and that might confuse Bayless??

Not just Vegas almost everywhere the house fighters gets a lot of love and leeway.

Vegas has the most fights so by numbers we see it more.
