Hard to make a pick when it comes to Rios. I never liked him at welterweight, but that's definitely as low as he can get at this point.

Id much rather see Rios in a fun, competitive fight against a Kamegai, Soto Karass, Gomez, etc than an opponent for a top shelf guy.
