Comments Thread For: Abel Sanchez: Pacquiao Was KO'd A lot Worse Than Chocolatito

Abel Sanchez, trainer of several top fighters like middleweight king Gennady Golovkin, believes Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez is still capable of continuing his career. On Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, the four division world champion suffered his second defeat in a row, when he was knocked out cold in four rounds by WBC super flyweight champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.

However, when Pacquiao was knocked out - he was on the verge of stopping Marquez

???? What is that??? A Participation Trophy???

You got KTFOUT but hey! You ALMOST won if not for that lucky punch...

I think the writer is trying to say that Manny was wining against Marquez and Roman was getting beat up from the get go.

It's possible to come back from devastating defeats, many don't however.. But he'll have to battle both mental and the physical... Can he still take a hard punch? And judging by the first 3 rounds and the pattern of his last few fights... He's showing decline.

Won't be easy.. But I think he'll fight again.

Roman should just drop down to Flyweight.. His punching power can't overwhelm a tough hard puncher at super flyweight. It was clear Rungvisai looked physically bigger than him.

Manny doesn't fight face first though which is kind of a huge difference.

Or he can alter his " face first" predictable style and learn how to box

Manny was not dominated, Marquez got lucky.

                  Roman was totally dominated.

Most of all, Chocolatito's face before and during the fight is showing "No Mas" signs all over the place. He's not into it anymore.
