I'm not saying Cuadras didn't do anything. I said it was a very close fight that could have gone either way.
But I saw something in Estrada today. Estrada landed the better shots. Cuadras landed more but it was mostly flashy stuff. Looks pretty but nothing seemed to bother Estrada all that much.

Estrada definitely had more pop on his punches than Cuadras, you could tell. Cuadras did land some good shots but I think all the movement tired him out by about the 7th. I just didn't like how HBO was riding Estrada's nuts while he was not doing anything in return early on. Estrada did very well and deserved the win...it was a close fight and one rd either way would have decided the fight. I also thought that Cuadras' best work was to the body, they seem to have more of an impact than the head punches but he didn't go there enough to due lasting damage. Estrada seems like a guy that can take heavy blows to the head and body...just all around tough.
