I had Cuadras winning but Estrada impressed me with his composure, very relaxed fighter in the ring, it worked for him in spots but at the same time I thought going to the 12th the fight was even and I thought Estrada was too relaxed and he laid back more than he should've which lead me to give Cuadras the round and therefore the fight.

I had it for Carlos 'El Principe' Cuadras but I can see the decision for Juan Fransico Estrada. I was pissed Cuadras slipped on his defense and got dropped, still without that extra point it would of been a draw. ( I think still feeling the effects of a long night of partying. )

Side note, why is it that these Mexicans act like Cuadras is not Mexican? is it because he looks like Canelo?

No problem with the win and would not be mad had it gone the other way... Now it's time to go for the fight with Sor, chocolatito, or Inoue.... this division is so awesome...

Na, it's because Estrada is and has been fighting on Mexican networks for a long time. That's why he's known to more people. Listen, if you ever want to see white looking Mexicans, go to Guadalajara, Monterrey, Mexico city, Queretaro... plenty of places like that... not the usual tourist places or bordertowns

Good fight, i thought Estrada looked great.
The scores seem to be all over the place for this one, i think i need a rewatch to score again and see what i come up with.
It seems SKY had it wide, HBO close. I did think SKY overlooked a some of Cuadra's early body work to be honest.

I had it about 8-4 to Estrada. Then there's the knockdown.
I was shocked when they read out the scorecard..what a mess that was

I thought cc-1 but it could have been a draw Estrada for extremely well maybe Cuadrss can get the winner of Estrada... more than that Carlos needs a win this would have been a better fight in Mexico for all the fans there...

Since the fight was close, competitive, entertaining and had the wrong announcement at the end... a rematch would be great!

Estrada looked great, especially in the latter rounds. Cuadras had his moments too, good fight for sure.
