Sergio Martinez would of whooped Floyd mayweather

It's clear that if they ever fought at 154, Martinez would of outboxed and maybe KOd Floyd. And Sergio Martinez was calling him out too but mayweather wanted no part of him. Martinez was bigger, longer reach, hit harder, and had probably the best stamina at his prime. His footwork, jab and counters would of kept Floyd from doing much of anything.

Moving up is also a way of avoiding real fights. Just look at Floyds whole career.

Yep, just like he whooped Miguel Cotto right? Oh wait...Cotto actually knocked him out 3 years after getting dominated by Mayweather. I liked Martinez and he was very good for a few years but let's be real he didn't have enough in his game to beat Floyd and was also 2 weight classes bigger anyways. What's next? Let me guess - Andre Ward, Anthony Joshua and The Klitsckos would've beat Floyd too right? Just stop it it's getting ridiculous he's 50-0 get over it.

Let me guess Juan, you're not a Floyd Mayweather fan, right?

he is not a true jmw, he is 40 and can still make 147 easily. he only fought oscar there to take his spot and be the new ppv king.

Cotto destroyed Martinez 3 years after Floyd whipped him. Another fail of a thread.

Here's the thing about Floyd, if he didn't fight and whoop you, he certainly did whoop someone who whooped you.

I dont think so. Martinez fights with his hands down and his defense kinda sucks.

Fighters like him cannot beat Floyd.

Funny how people are using a hobbled last fight version Martinez as proof that Mayweather would have won. As if any 147 champ or even Crawford doesn't stomp current Mayweather.

154 (early 160) Martinez (Bunema, Cintron, PWill 1&2) beats any Mayweather that fought at 154.

But to be fair, it would have been asking Mayweather too much to fight him, just as it is asking him to fight GGG.
