Hard to say that's bad considering it's almost 3x higher than the previous #2.

With that said they had 7K tickets unsold. That's a lot of money left on the table.

Yea its a W obviously, but its one of those W's where you got dropped in the last round by a guy with a 15% KO percentage so it still looks bad.

Wow I'm shocked so ellerbe was lying through his teeth thoughout saying it was 80m and days before the fight saying they already broke the record now we see they were almost 20m off. They botched the ticket pricing and left thousands of empty seats and were too stubborn to bow to media pressure to lower the remaining unsold tickets. Showtime also confirming it might not match may/pac in ppvs sold either after dana white lied saying it did 6.5m sold. sources saying it might not even Crack 4m sold. These are still good numbers even if it doesn't break the record but damn why all these dudes lying first ellerbe and now dana white. SMH

Between the millions who streamed the fight for free illegally. And the 10's if not 100m they lost because of refunds they had to issue because they sold ppvs on UFC.tv and the showtime app which crashed. And the millions they left they on the table with empty seats, only sold 13,000 tickets when the venue holds 21,000. The fight didn't make as much money as folks were predicting.

Never heard of this guy. Doubt he's a credible source.

Mayweather vs. McGregor live gate falls well short of Mayweather vs. Pacquiao

                      Still good for 2nd best.
