Yeah im a margo fan we were neighbors im from tj i had a few bucks going on jones beong that he is a still durable journeyman capable of upsets an probably of his 11losses more than a few x hevwas robbed remember the 1st brook fight in england so i really thought he would take it from 8th round on when margo faded because in the beginning margo was volume punching an actually landing good hard punches but jones has great chin and stamina kinda surprised margo took this high risk low reward fight jones was coming offva k. O win against an undefeated prospect thought would be easy money i know with accidental buts after4 rds they go to cards but only if doctor stops it not when the guy quits so yes it was highway robbery at its best err worst haha.

Eh, nowadays there's the winner of the fight and winner of the event and Jones won the event. People will see that and Jones will have another chance.

It was a robbery but the cut was caused my a head butt and that's why they stopped it apparently. They saw Margarito getting messed up in the 7th and took the opportunity to end the fight while he was still 'ahead' on the scorecards.

Exactly im from tijuana obviously rooting for my neighbor margs but ur right margo knew he had thaat ace up his sleeve for when he felt he needed to pull ot out and godamn did he ever he had a sneaky smile on him just as ref stopped him so obvious what was bout to happen even jones stopped celebrating i luv my coty my country but this is the reason we dont h@ve huge fights in mex or greaat foreign orvamerican fighters come here bcuz crap like this makes sport lose credibility and mexico corrupt

I think, after a half dozen losses, there isn't much more another loss can do to a fighters career. At that point they're either gatekeeper or something similar, but definitely not taken seriously as a contender or a real threat. Having said that, he did appear to be winning, but in reality... he will get a good payday out of this soon. So really, he's lost nothing... and gained some fans and notoriety.
