He was out of his prime i think since he fought Marquez. Maybe the Shane fight. He hasn't looked ridiculously explosive in eons. Fighting off straight up skill and IQ.....yet a prime Connor was rendered useless. People are trying to underrate what Floyd did. Its just way too comical.

Sad thing about the farce was McGregor actually is convinced that he did a good job hanging around for 10 rounds.

I am not sure what you mean by "underrate what Floyd did". He did what he was supposed to do and that was beat a guy making his boxing debut.

The way he did it is under rated, he walked down a prime LH that was supposed to be the baddest man on the planet, Floyd laughed at him right up to the stoppage, Floyd was supposed to dance his way to a UD with this Irish Gorilla hunting him like a meal, it turned out the other way around.

I would back prime 135lb Mayweather to KO a 40yr old 115lb retired UFC champ in the cage, now do understand what Floyd actually did do .

Can we stop pretending that mayweather achieved anything relevant with this win. Aside from making a bunch of money...this was meaningless. More than a week later and we still have mayweather fans congratulating each other like this was some type of epic performance.

To be fair, that's exactly what he did to Arturo Gatti.

It was good to see him go straight ahead and destroy Mcgregor. I completely understand what he did, but the fact of the matter Is, Mcgregor Is not a boxer and Floyd did what he was supposed to do. Pacquiao fought Margarito who was 20 pounds heavier and Mike Tyson made a career out of fighting much bigger guys. I am not sure why Floyd beating a bigger guy with no boxing experience Is the focal point.

Manny fought a CW Margarito after he looked like sht at 154 following nearly 2 yrs out coming off being KOed its not the same.

No point throwing in weights with HWs compared to 130-154 weights its totally different, Floyd has fought much bigger guys his whole career that's not the issue, and its no point dismissing weight the way you are in this fight it was very big factor.

Like I said lets just flip the scenario with the people actually involved, make Floyd the prime fighter with 25lbs advantage and then see how that goes, in a ring or the cage I don't care give Prime Pretty Boy Floyd the same advantages that Connor had, and I would bet Floyd KOs the dude.

My point is Floyd is given no credit and Connor is getting loads and that's BS considering all the details. If Floyd had boxed like he always does you have a point but he didn't and because of the way he walked him down takes all the credit away from Connor because fought like a girl, but the hate for Floyd cant see any of that.
