It seems funny to me that this guy has the highest knockout ratio in middleweight history, he’s undefeated, he’s never been hurt, never been down, but yet he’s getting old. People are funny, but I guess they hold him on such a high pedestal that everything he does has to be perfect.

Danny Jacobs was the second best middleweight in the world, Kell Brook was an undefeated welterweight champion who I knew was going to be difficult from the beginning because he was fast. These guys are quality guys, so it’s funny that Gennady gets those comments made about him.

Brook isn't a quality guy, hes a desperate fighter that came up two weight divisions to get a fight.

actually people were saying floyd got old after the first maidana fight. they said his legs were done.. so in the rematch he proved he still had fresh legs but now they said he moved too much. cant win.

the only ppl saying little g is old are his own supporters getting that excuse ready when canelo wrecks him. trust me thats gonna be their narrative post fight. they will give canelo no credit at all.

I guess we'll find out soon enough now won't we? Some of his looking old has to do with the last 2 opponents being top quality fighters. But some of it is that he is in fact getting older and is less able to recuperate. That won't miraculously disappear, it'll just get slowly worse.
