His training looks rough as **** and he does everything at a high intensity. How is he gassing after 4?

You say it like he's gassed in multiple fights.. He's only gassed in his last fight against Vlad. When he fought Whyte and Breazeale he didn't gas.. In fact he threw more punches in the later rounds of those fights.
But I will admit he blew his load in the Klitschko fight.. But he came in weighing his career highest so that wouldn't have helped and also the magnitude of the event would have also affected him.. He would have been nervous fighting in front of 90k for the first time and fighting a guy who is his first big test.
He's learnt more from that fight than his whole amateur and professional record so going forward he'll only get better.
Here he says he's changed his training to prepare him for long fights.

It takes a lot for the body to feed oxygen to those muscles. He must do a ton of weight training. Should cut down on that and build endurance through sparring and road work.Comment

Joshua trains for strength/mass not endurance. Muscle requires ATP and the body needs oxygen to produce ATP.Comment
