In the first year they threw all their money to get as much shows as possible. We sometimes had friday fights on espn/Spike, Saturday fights at Fox and sunday afternoon fights at NBCSports, although it was much more quantity over quality during that period.

Concerning free boxing, which was the big selling point of PBC, they dont offer many quality fights anymore.
Fox is home to deontay wilder. The other fight which was headlined on Fox was Guerrero Vs Figuoeroa (lol) and I think the fourth broadcast is supposed to be Mares and Santa Cruz in tune up fights (lol).

There was one fight on CBS, which was a big and meaningful fight (Thurman Vs Garcia), but other than that there is only FS1 for prospects in tough fights and lower level title fights and BOUNCE for lower title fights also (Easter & Warren).

Most of PBC fights are playing out on Showtime, which did a great year to give us good and meaningful fights, but lets be honest, the current state of affairs for PBC isnt what they envisioned when they started the whole thing.

I hope they dont go the same route as last year and just shut down during the last quarter of the year, in which they only had 2 events.
PBC is doing fine. NBC and ESPN seemed to have dropped them true but that slack seems to have been picked up by FOX and CBS. I don't see any drop off in their cards at all really.

TR gets fellated on here and they have yet to have a single network card yet..

How has CBS picked up the slack when they've aired only 2 PBC cards since the start of 2016?

You can go to the pbc website and look at the past schedule. They didnt count SHOWTIME broadcasts as PBC fights in 2015 and 2016 and do it now for 2017, but they still had way more events than they did in 2017.
These are just hard numbers. I dont like the product Arum is offering either, but this is a thread about PBC, so no reason to discuss TR.

It's not even debatable. You can't help but wonder where Danny Garcia is, for example. Where is Thurman, Spence is supposed to be promoting his next fight already which can't possibly be next month or the next. It's most likely early next year. Same thing with Wilder, Stevenson, etc. There's gotta be something wrong going on.

Al Haymon's lining his pockets, that's what's going on with PBC.

Seems Showtime doesn't even care as long as they can make mid to high profile fights every 3 months or so, which is not enough to maintain monthly subscribers.
