That's not quite how A-Side vs B-Side works. Horn isn't the A-side because he won the first fight, although he does have more negotiation power than he did in the first fight.

Pacquiao did beat Horn in spite of what the judges said, but he's definitely sliding towards the end of his career.

If anything, when he hangs 'em up I'll fondly remember him for having retired one of the greatest hype jobs in the history of boxing: Oscar De La Hoya.

It is about power and money. Pac is A side, he's the one who brings the money to the fight. If Pac fights on TV against anyone he'll outdraw anyone Horn could fight, and that includes even guys like Crawford.

Manny should try Las Vegas or China. Horn is Aussie built, to thier taste. I don't think Horn will sell anywhere else and he's not trying to. At least Vegas has the bright lights to lure the Hornet out of his nest.
