Estrada overall better skilled fighter

Both have excellent stamina and output. Cuadras more athletic. Estrada has hand issues. Cuadras did a lot of shoeshining vs roman because he knew he was outclassed

I favour the better skilled boxer estrada in a clear decision

So i just watched Rungvisai Vs Cuadras.
Good fight, unfortunately stopped due to the cut.

I went over to boxrec and the judges scored the 8th round, even though the cut happened 10 seconds into the round? Is this the rule? Doesnt make sense to me to judge a round based on 10 seconds.
