Horn is nothing special but he's awkward. Depends on what he can get away with too but I'd pick him over Vargas. It would be competitive and not a great fight but I think I'd pick the ****** Hornet in that one.

Tough fight for Horn but I want to see him win so we can get the Pacquaio rematch. -
Horn just isn't very good. Even with all his illegal tactics I though Pacquiao beat him by many points and that was a sub par Pacquiao. On neutral ground I would give Vargas the edge but Horn would probably beat him with some good home cooking and the right referee..Comment

Yep, Horn would easily outwork Vargas and win a wide UD. People are really overlooking Horn, he beat an ATG to win his first world title as a huge underdog, he's clearly a very good fighter. I like how crafty he is as close range, that's going to be crucial at this level.Comment
