Horn vs. Crawford is not a big Vegas fight. The fight would be bigger in Australia. There is no reason to marinate this fight because Horn will never be big in America. Horn won't fight Vargas either because Vargas will beat him. It's gonna be Horn vs. Alvarado. Arum loves building fighters off the backs of Mexicans. Arum refuses to give Crawford any big fights.

but why would arum want pac to take it from crawford? pac is on his way out.

arum doesnt want crawford to fight horn yet before the rematch with pac because if crawford beats horn then he will not get any credit since people will just say horn didnt even beat pac, etc.
